1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WE7 AI's platform, services, and products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Services

WE7 AI provides a regenerative marketing intelligence platform that:

• Calculates carbon footprint of digital marketing campaigns
• Provides AI-powered recommendations for carbon reduction
• Aligns marketing with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
• Funds ocean restoration through verified partners (SeaTrees)

WE7 AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

5.3 Free Trial

The Startup plan includes a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires.

6. Ocean Restoration Commitment

As part of our regenerative business model, WE7 AI funds ocean restoration projects through verified partners (SeaTrees). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You acknowledge that a portion of your subscription directly supports ocean restoration initiatives
• Restoration amounts are specified per plan (e.g., 5m² per month for Startup)
• All restoration contributions are transparently documented and verified by third parties

WE7 AI does not sell carbon offsets or credits. Restoration is a core operational commitment, not a voluntary offset program.

8.1 WE7 AI Content

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Services are owned by WE7 AI or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Services ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant WE7 AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the Services and improve our platform.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, WE7 AI may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Data Accuracy and Carbon Calculations

WE7 AI uses the Global Media Sustainability Framework (GMSF) and industry-standard methodologies to estimate carbon emissions. However:

• • Carbon calculations are estimates based on available data and industry averages
• • Actual emissions may vary due to factors outside our measurement scope
• • Our data is intended for strategic decision-making, not regulatory compliance without third-party verification
• • WE7 AI is not liable for decisions made based on platform data

For regulatory reporting (CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure), we recommend third-party audits of our calculations.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE7 AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE7 AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WE7 AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
